The Alto Hotel is the first Polish hotel brand whose trademark is a smile. The main objective of the Hotel is to provide Guests with positive experiences by taking care of their well-being. The Alto Hotel is a place to which Guests come back with a smile on their faces.

The first ‘smiling’ Hotel is located in Żory. The location in the city centre ensures comfortable rest and convenient access to numerous attractions.

Guests have at their disposal 108 bed places in 54 specially equipped, air-conditioned rooms, including a spacious family room and room adjusted to the needs of disabled people.

In 2016 hotel received an award in the category of “Rising Star”.

The Alto Hotel respects its Guests’ time, offering a Self-Check-In solution. Check-in in the hotel has never been faster and easier! In the stylish Fork Zone, from the morning till the evening, Guests may try delicious dishes prepared from the best products and drink the original coffee or tea.

Rest Zone is a place where Guests can relax on cosy sofas in front of the big TV, reading books or playing X-box. There is also a children’s corner, waiting for the youngest guests.

Free WiFi is available throughout the Hotel. In addition, paid car park can be found near the Hotel.
